Trial Period Services :
By accepting the terms and conditions of Pulling Rabbits (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), the user (hereinafter referred to as “the User”) specifically agrees to the following clause regarding the first month of service:
- The User is entitled to receive the first month of service free of charge as a promotional offer by the Company.
- The free first month of service will be provided to the User without any cost.
- In order to avail of the free first month of service, the User agrees to commit to a minimum subscription period of six months with the Company, commencing immediately after the completion of the free first month.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that if they terminate their subscription before the completion of the six-month commitment period, they will be liable to pay for the remaining months of the commitment period at the agreed subscription rate.
- The User understands that the subscription rate will apply from the second month onwards after the completion of the free first month.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the first month’s free promotion at any time without prior notice.
- The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information to the Company for the duration of the six-month commitment period.
- The User understands that failure to provide accurate billing information or any attempt to circumvent the six-month commitment period may result in the termination of their account and the User being responsible for any outstanding payment owed to the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to enforce this clause and take appropriate legal action to recover any outstanding payment owed to them in the event of a breach by the User.
- The User acknowledges that the first-month free promotion is not transferable and is only available to new customers who have not previously subscribed to any services provided by the Company.
- This clause is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
