We reserve the right to make updates to this Agreement and will post any changes directly on our website. Service Description

Pulling Rabbits provides SEO and other services on an “as-is” basis, without guarantees. Results depend on many factors beyond our control, and we cannot ensure specific outcomes such as search rankings, web traffic, or profit increases. Service effects may vary, be inexact, or even yield negative results.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

We are not responsible for changes to your website that might negatively impact search rankings.
We have no influence over search engine policies or your website’s inclusion in directories.
No guarantees are made regarding ranking improvements or business outcomes.
We are not liable for actions by search engines affecting your site’s rankings.

You agree to release Pulling Rabbits from any liability related to your use of our Platform and services.

A. Content Creation and Distribution

Our team produces custom content aligned with client inputs and our quality standards. All content is distributed across reputable South African sites, with select social media engagement to expand reach. Clients are responsible for ensuring content requests comply with our guidelines, as non-compliant content may face rejection. Revisions outside initial scope may incur additional fees, as we maintain strict editorial standards to safeguard the quality of our sites.

B. Exclusive Guest Post Access

Pulling Rabbits offers clients limited guest post admin access for content marketing on select sites, providing a platform for self-managed posting within our guidelines. Each post undergoes editorial review, where content quality and adherence to our standards are verified and approved. Clients are responsible for maintaining compliance with content policies, including originality and relevance. Any content not meeting these standards may be edited or removed at our discretion.

User Obligations

If you purchase services, you agree to promptly provide Pulling Rabbits with any access, data, or materials needed for service completion. Failure to cooperate may prevent us from completing services, and no refunds will be issued if you do not assist as required.

User Accounts and Information

To access parts of the Platform, you may need to register an account, providing accurate, truthful information and confirming that you are over 18. Only one account is allowed per user. We reserve the right to verify user credentials and may reject any registration.

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify Pulling Rabbits immediately of any unauthorized account use or security breaches. Pulling Rabbits is not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use.

If registering on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to create the account, incur financial obligations, and enter legally binding agreements for your company.

Access and License

Upon registration and payment (where applicable), you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, limited, and revocable license to access the Platform and use our services. This license provides access only, without any ownership rights in the Platform. All other rights remain with Pulling Rabbits.

We reserve the right to revoke or limit this license if you violate our usage guidelines or if your actions may harm Pulling Rabbits or its interests. Our choice not to immediately revoke access does not waive our right to enforce these terms.

Subscription Period

Guest Post subscriptions grant six months of access to selected sites, renewable upon expiration. Access is strictly non-refundable once services are utilized in any form. If a breach of these Terms occurs, Pulling Rabbits reserves the right to revoke access immediately without refund. Any unused time or services within the subscription period are forfeited upon termination or non-renewal.

Content Quality and Prohibited Activities

By submitting a guest posts on our websites your content must be original, unpublished elsewhere, and owned by you, passing plagiarism checks. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish and use your content across our platforms. We provide author credit, including a link to your site or profile where applicable. Content must align with our audience’s interests, be well-written, and ideally between 1000-2500 words.

We reserve the right to edit or reject submissions as needed, and while we may promote guest posts, we do not offer compensation unless pre-arranged. Authors bear responsibility for content accuracy and must comply with legal standards, avoiding any copyright infringement or promotion of illegal activities. We may remove guest posts at our discretion and revise these terms without prior notice. This submission does not establish any partnership or employment with our company, nor should you present yourself as affiliated with our website.

Content submitted must be original, relevant, and of high quality. Submissions that include the following are prohibited:
- Spam: Unsolicited, repetitive, or irrelevant posts, promotional in nature or otherwise disruptive to user experience.
- AI-Generated Content: Content created primarily by artificial intelligence without significant human input, review, or enhancement, especially if it lacks clarity, depth, or coherence.
- Low-Value Content: Content that is poorly written, lacks substance, or fails to provide meaningful information, context, or engagement value to our audience.
Duplicate content posts accross our sites (Posting the same content piece to multiple sites or the same content piece to the same site repeatedly).
Violates ethical or community standards, including hate speech or illegal content.
Guest Posts must be original, authored by you, with proper citations for any quotes.
All posts are acknowledged to you but become the property of Pulling Rabbits.
You may share links to your posts but may not include affiliate links in submissions.
Pulling Rabbits may add its own affiliate links and allows one non-affiliate link to your site or social media in the author bio.
No compensation is provided, and audience reach is not guaranteed.
Pulling Rabbits may edit posts for clarity and reserves the right to decline or remove posts without prior notice.
Requests for minor grammatical or wording edits are welcome after publication, with major edits labeled with an “EDIT:” disclaimer.
You are not considered an employee or representative of Pulling Rabbits by contributing a Guest Post.

Collecting or harvesting personal information from the Platform, including account names, is not permitted.
Refrain from using the Platform to impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
Avoid actions that place an excessive or unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
You are prohibited from using the Platform to build a competing service.
Refrain from using the Platform for unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or harassing activities.
Do not infringe upon others’ intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
Comply with all network policies, procedures, and laws applicable to your use of the Platform.
You are solely responsible for legal compliance while using the Platform and agree not to hold Pulling Rabbits liable for your activities on the Platform.

If you engage in any prohibited activities, Pulling Rabbits may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its discretion. While we usually offer a reason for such actions, we reserve the right to revoke access at any time without prior notice or explanation.

Copyright Compliance and User-Generated Content

We host user-generated content and are committed to upholding copyright laws. We do not permit or endorse any copyright infringement on images or other content. All submitted content, including images, must be copyright-free or accompanied by proper permissions and attributions as required by the copyright holder. Any copyright infringement is not an intended act by our company, and we will make all reasonable efforts to remove any infringing content once notified.

If you believe your copyrighted material has been used without permission, please email your dispute to [email protected], and we will address the matter promptly, including removing the full article containing the disputed material as necessary. We reserve the right to take down any article that includes disputed content until the issue is resolved.

Counter Notice

If you receive a DMCA takedown notice from Pulling Rabbits regarding your content, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice with the following information:

Your name, address, email, and physical or electronic signature.
The notification reference number, if applicable.
Details identifying the removed material and its previous location.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district (for U.S. residents) or where your internet provider is located (if outside the U.S.).
Your agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Please note, we may only act on counter-notices that meet all of these requirements. Send your counter-notice following the takedown instructions provided.

User Content

“User Content” includes all data, images, information, and submissions you transmit through the Platform. Pulling Rabbits is not obligated to host, display, or distribute any User Content, and we may decline or remove any submission at our discretion. You are solely responsible for your User Content and release us from any associated liability. Although we implement industry-standard security, we cannot guarantee the complete security of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you confirm that you own or have permission to use it, and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You grant Pulling Rabbits and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, modify, distribute, and use your User Content to provide Platform services. Additionally, any feedback you provide on improving the Platform is licensed to Pulling Rabbits for integration and ongoing use in Platform enhancements.

Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe your copyrighted content has been infringed, please send us a message including:

Your name and the copyright owner’s name (if different),
A description of the infringed work,
The location of the infringing content on our Platform,
A statement confirming your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and
A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notification is accurate and that you hold the copyright or have the authority to act on its behalf.

Content Lifetime

All content posted to Pulling Rabbits websites is intended as permanent, remaining live on our publisher sites indefinitely, regardless of the original author’s subscription status. For customers who make a one-time purchase or those who renew, the permanence of articles offers lasting visibility and value.

Once an article is approved and published, Pulling Rabbits editors may revisit it to enhance quality, improve internal linking, or make adjustments, ensuring content aligns with our evolving standards. Although links are generally preserved during edits, any customer-requested modifications, including link insertions or significant re-edits after publication, may incur an editorial fee of up to $30. This policy supports ongoing content quality while ensuring clients’ links remain effective.

Domain and Content Legal Claims

Pulling Rabbits may acquire and operate domains that were previously associated with businesses in South Africa. This acquisition does not imply any claim to the former business’s operations, intellectual property, or trademarks, nor does it seek to obstruct the legitimate rights of any South African businesses. Our domain acquisition process is aimed solely at supporting Pulling Rabbits’ guest posting and marketing initiatives, thus carries no intent to interfere in any active business activities.

All domains acquired by Pulling Rabbits are legally registered through public domain registries in South Africa and are thus assumed to be abandoned by prior owners. We operate under strict code of ethics in so far as avoiding practices such as domain squatting or sniping. Our acquisitions are driven by technical and strategic marketing criteria, with a focus on creating valuable digital assets for South African audiences and our customers.

In good faith

Each domain undergoes a one-year holding and development period to allow any potential legal claims from business owners in South Africa to be addressed and resolved. Once this period concludes, the domain is integrated as an active production site within the Pulling Rabbits commercial publisher websites. If a previous owner or relevant South African business raises a legitimate claim to a domain, Pulling Rabbits reserves the right to assess and respond appropriately, whether by contesting or resolving the claim, taking into account the operational risks involved.

Pulling Rabbits will not republish content from former websites, including logos, images, or other proprietary material. All content, design, and media are independently created by our team and subscribers as is the nature of our content creation business, any resemblance to former sites is thus purely coincidental. Our publishers and guest authors retain the right to produce new, relevant content aligned with the domain’s industry, so long as it does not infringe on existing intellectual property rights.

Pulling Rabbits will defend these rights where the value to our community is substantial and does not pose undue legal risk.

As a practice, Pulling Rabbits specialises in acquiring and developing rare and brandable domains, including high-value keyword domains and memorable two and three letter domain variants new or formerly owned. We continuously enhance these domains to serve South African audiences effectively thus are commercially vested in these projects and assets. As such, demands or requests to ceding ownership of a domain may incurr costs.

We are committed to addressing legitimate legal concerns amicably and encourage and invite stakeholders to reach out to resolve issues prior to seeking formal legal consultation or action. In most cases we have found amicable settlement terms prior to having to explain to unfamiliar attorneys how our domain ownership works.

Should a legal obligation arise that necessitates the removal or transfer of a domain (which can happen), Pulling Rabbits will still prioritise the interests of our customers and community and, when possible, will provide an equivalent replacement sites or services to ensure continuity of their service offerings continue to be upheld.

Pulling Rabbits will address any spurious, vexatious or defamatory claims made against our operations and where necessary will pursue recourse to the fullest extent permissable by law to protect the integrity of our business.

Posting Policies and Fair Usage

Fair Usage Post Limitations

To maintain the quality and integrity of our publisher websites, Pulling Rabbits enforces a fair usage policy for guest posts. Given the resources involved in reviewing and approving submissions, each user is limited to 30 posts per month per site. This limitation is intended to prevent spam from entering publisher websites.

For clarity, this allows up to 180 posts over a 6-month period, which on our highest-priced package averages to a cost of approximately $0.16 per post.

Content creators needing additional posting capacity beyond this volume can create multiple content creation accounts, each subject to separate fees, to accommodate higher posting demands while maintaining compliance with our fair usage policy.

Minor and Major Violations

Pulling Rabbits operates a strict three-strike rule for minor violations to ensure the security, integrity, and quality of our services. This policy follows a clear progression: first offense results in a warning, the second leads to a suspension of account privileges, and the third results in account termination without refund.

Violations are broadly defined to cover any actions that undermine our systems, services, content standards or community. This includes, but is not limited to, developing or using software tools that attempt to bypass the standard post-creation workflow, introducing automated posting methods without prior approval, or engaging in activities that compromise the resilience and stability of our infrastructure.

Violations extend to content standards. Posts containing prohibited or spammy content, false claims, or attempts to manipulate search engine algorithms are considered violations. Our policy ensures that all content adheres to our guidelines and maintains the integrity of our systems for all users.

Any use of black hat SEO techniques, negative SEO practices, or attempts to manipulate search engine rankings with spammy, deceptive, or harmful strategies will result in immediate account termination without prior notice or refund.

Malware, spyware, or any harmful code is strictly prohibited in all content or links on Pulling Rabbits. Any attempt to introduce malicious software or compromise security will lead to immediate account termination without refund, potential legal action, and full cooperation with authorities to address the violation.

Account Security and Sharing

Each Pulling Rabbits account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or access with third parties is prohibited and constitutes a violation of our terms of service. Such violations may result in immediate account termination and removal of content without refund. While our fair usage policies apply universally, our contractual obligations are solely with the registered user who has agreed to these terms. Sharing account access undermines these obligations and will be enforced accordingly.

Access Duration and Expiration

Access to Pulling Rabbits’ publisher websites is granted for a six-month period from the date of purchase with no obligation to renew. This access automatically expires unless renewed, allowing continued use based on our fair usage policies. Any violation of our Terms during this period may result in immediate termination without refund. Please note, however, that all content created and published on Pulling Rabbits sites remains the property of Pulling Rabbits even after account termination or expiration. Content will not expire or be removed following termination, and Pulling Rabbits reserves the right to retain and maintain all published materials indefinitely.

Refund Policy

Pulling Rabbits offers a 100% refund within the first 30 days if no site services have been used. Due to the nature of the services, once any aspect of the service has been accessed or used, no refund will be provided. Customers retain full access to the account for the entire 6-month period, giving them ample time to explore and make use of all available features.

User Responsibility for Platform Knowledge

Customers are expected to be familiar with WordPress basics, including how to create posts and manage standard account features such as password resets. Pulling Rabbits does not provide training on these foundational skills, as they are essential for effective use of our platform. By using our services, customers acknowledge their responsibility to possess or acquire this knowledge independently of which there are infinate resources available on YouTube.

Content Enhancement Tools

Customers have access to a selection of shortcodes designed to enhance their content across all sites. These include options for image uploads, accordion menus, table of contents, and other post-enhancing features. Use of these shortcodes is subject to availability and must align with Pulling Rabbits’ content quality guidelines.

Disclaimers and Liability

The Platform and all related services are offered “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulling Rabbits and its employees, officers, agents, and assigns make no warranties, representations, or endorsements of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding: (1) the Platform itself; (2) any content or information provided on the Platform; (3) the services offered; or (4) the security of information transmitted to or through the Platform. Additionally, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, freedom from viruses, and quiet enjoyment.

Pulling Rabbits does not guarantee that the Platform or services will operate without interruption or errors, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the server that hosts it is free from harmful elements. We make no representations that the services provided are accurate, complete, or useful, nor that using the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction. Pulling Rabbits expressly disclaims any such warranties.

Content Creation and Use

Pulling Rabbits creates content that aligns with your outlined goals and specifications. While we are open to discussions in the spirit of problem resolution, our content creators operate with their own objectives, and we are neither directly aware of nor take responsibility for these individual aims. Pulling Rabbits maintains administrative control over all content posted within our sites. However, we do not assume legal responsibility for content submitted by creators. While we retain the right to review and manage posts, creators are accountable for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and standards. We are committed to addressing legitimate takedown requests for any content that infringes upon the rights of others or violates our policies. Nonetheless, Pulling Rabbits is not liable for any legal repercussions arising from the actions or intentions of individual creators.

Exclusive Guest Post Access

Once a guest post is submitted and approved, it is considered finalized and integrated as part of our publisher websites. Guest post access does not confer site ownership or modification rights, and content is restricted to standard HTML formatting with shortcodes, where applicable, within the WordPress post body area. Requests to revert posts back to edit mode for author adjustments may be granted on a limited basis. However, this additional review process incurs a one-time charge of $5 per edit to cover the increased workload for our editorial team.

Social Media and Content Distribution

Pulling Rabbits utilizes trusted platforms to enhance content distribution and social media engagement as a value-added service. However, these promotional efforts are discretionary, depending on editorial capacity, and Pulling Rabbits is not liable for the reach, performance, or reporting outcomes of these services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulling Rabbits, including its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, any breach of these Terms, unlawful activities, or violations of laws or third-party rights. This indemnification obligation continues beyond the termination of your use of our services and these Terms.

Your use of or access to the Pulling Rabbits Platform and services;
Any violation by you of this Agreement;
Interactions you have with other users or third parties; or
Any infringement of third-party rights, such as copyright or property rights.

This obligation to defend and indemnify survives even after you stop using the Platform. You agree to cover our legal costs, including attorney fees and court expenses. Pulling Rabbits may also choose to settle any claim directly, with you responsible for any settlement costs as if it had proceeded to trial.

All content created on our websites and systems remains the property of Pulling Rabbits. As guest posts within our sites, this content is not owned by the original creator. Under specific circumstances and at our discretion, we may choose to remove or transfer rights to the original creator. Pulling Rabbits reserves the right to use any created content for promotional purposes while upholding confidentiality standards.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Pulling Rabbits, including its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be held liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. This applies to claims based on any legal theory, including warranty, contract, tort (such as negligence), or others, regardless of whether Pulling Rabbits has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such damages may arise from: (1) your use of or inability to use the Platform or any inaccuracies or errors within it; (2) personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from your use of the Platform or services; (3) interruptions, incomplete information, or transmission issues related to the Platform; (4) any viruses, malware, or harmful components transmitted through our Platform by third parties; (5) any intentional or unintentional service failures or disruptions; or (6) actions taken regarding third-party copyrights or intellectual property.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent allowed by law. In certain jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, these limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights. Specifically, in jurisdictions where exclusion of liability is restricted, we do not limit our liability for: (1) death or personal injury due to Pulling Rabbits’ negligence or that of its officers, employees, or agents; (2) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (3) any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

In cases where a full liability disclaimer is restricted, our total liability to you shall be limited to the amount you have paid for use of our Platform and services in the preceding six (6) months.

Termination of Service

Pulling Rabbits reserves the right to terminate service at any time if there is a breach of these Terms, fraud, misuse of our services, or actions that may harm our reputation or the integrity of our platform. Termination may result from, but is not limited to, the following actions:

Violation of Posting and Content Guidelines: Users who post content that is inappropriate, violates intellectual property laws, or does not align with our quality standards or community guidelines may face account termination. Repeated or severe breaches, including publishing spam, plagiarized, offensive, or misleading content, are grounds for immediate action.
System Misuse and Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to exploit, hack, or circumvent our systems, including but not limited to unauthorized use of account credentials, access to restricted areas, or employing automated tools to post content without permission, will result in termination. Misuse also includes creating software or scripts to bypass security protocols or gain an unfair advantage.
Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to manipulate our services, such as falsifying user engagement or clicks, will lead to immediate termination. Fraudulent use of our platforms, including account sharing or using multiple accounts to avoid fair usage limits, is strictly prohibited.
Reputational Harm: Actions that could harm the reputation of Pulling Rabbits, its partners, or users—such as promoting black-hat SEO practices, spreading malware, or associating our sites with scams or deceptive marketing—are taken seriously. Any activity that risks the trust and credibility we’ve built within our network and user community will result in swift termination.

Termination of service does not relieve users of obligations under these Terms, including payment obligations and adherence to all non-disclosure and content ownership agreements. Additionally, terminated users will forfeit access to all content, features, and support, without a refund, and any pending or ongoing projects will be suspended immediately. Pulling Rabbits retains the right to pursue any necessary legal action in response to severe violations that risk the stability or integrity of our platform and business.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, specifically under the jurisdiction of Cape Town. This means that any interpretation, enforcement, or dispute regarding these Terms will be evaluated and settled in accordance with South African law. By using our services, you agree that any legal claims, disputes, or matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any claims concerning breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity, shall be exclusively brought before the competent courts in Cape Town, South Africa.

Changes to the Terms

Pulling Rabbits reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted directly on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these changes periodically. By continuing to use our services after updates are posted, you accept and agree to the modified Terms.
